Archbishop Justin Welby's 'surprise' at DNA test result

The Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, says he is surprised at the result of DNA tests that have revealed that he is the illegitimate son of the last private secretary to Sir Winston Churchill.

Archbishop Welby says Gavin Welby, who was briefly married to his mother, was not his real father as he has always believed.

He says his experience is typical of many people and it is a story of "redemption and hope".
