'Drug driving killed my brother and his friend'

The sister of a man who died in a high speed car crash in April last year, when he and the driver were both under the influence of drugs, has urged people to think about the consequences of committing the crime.

There were almost 8,000 arrests last year for drug driving in England and Wales, figures obtained by BBC Radio 5 live have suggested.
