Wiggins: 'Drugs were to cure medical condition'

Great Britain's five-time Olympic champion cyclist Sir Bradley Wiggins has defended his use of medical certificates which allowed him to take otherwise banned substances to treat his asthma. Online hackers leaked his confidential medical information last week.

He spoke to the Andrew Marr programme earlier this week - before a Newsnight report in which a former team doctor of Sir Bradley questioned the decision to allow him to use a banned steroid just days before major races.

You can watch the full interview on The Andrew Marr Show from 09:00 BST on Sunday.
