Johnson: 'Russian actions in Syria could be war crime'

Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson has suggested that Russia could be guilty of a war crime if it deliberately targeted an aid convoy near Aleppo in an attack which killed at least 20 civilians.

He was speaking to Andrew Marr ahead of an urgent UN Security Council session to discuss the escalating military campaign in Syria's second city.
