Fallon: Lawyer Phil Shiner made soldiers' lives misery

Human rights lawyer Phil Shiner, who brought abuse claims against UK troops after the Iraq War, has been struck off for misconduct.

Defence Secretary Sir Michael Fallon says he is "delighted" Mr Shiner has been "exposed" by a disciplinary tribunal.
