London attack: Bridge fall woman was to get 'wedding proposal'

The boyfriend of Romanian Andreea Cristea, who was forced into the Thames during a terror attack in Westminster, was going to propose, the Romanian ambassador has said.

Dan Mihalache told the BBC that Andrei Burnaz, who was also injured, was going to ask for her hand in marriage on Wednesday evening.

Ms Cristea suffered multiple injuries in the attack and has undergone complex surgery.
