Homeowner on how he had 140 problems with his new house
A homeowner has told BBC 5 live he's spent the last two-and-a-half-years trying to sort out the 140 problems with his new house.
Speaking to Adrian Chiles, Luke Mahon was so disappointed with his new home, that he set up a Twitter account listing the problems that needed fixing.
House building firm Taylor Wimpey have apologised to Mr Mahon for his long list of problems.
"We have acted to put things right and are working hard to fix any outstanding issues."
"The vast majority of our customers tell us they are satisfied with the quality of their home."
98% of those surveyed for the latest Home Builders Federation customer satisfaction report had at least one problem to report. A quarter had 15 or more problems to flag up with the developer.
