Energy UK: 'Cap could stifle competition'

Theresa May has vowed to end the "injustice" of rising energy costs by including a cap in the Conservative general election manifesto.

Lawrence Slade, chief executive of Energy UK, told Today that he worries the cap will cause "competition to go away". He says they "want a vibrant market that has competitors fighting for every customer".
