Matthew Briggs: 'I want to stand up and do what's right'

A man whose wife was killed by a cyclist has welcomed a government review into whether a new law is needed to tackle dangerous cycling.

Matthew Briggs told BBC Breakfast that he had to "stand up and do what's right" in being part of the campaign for new legislation.
