Still 'a population twice the size of Birmingham to reach'
The number of people who have received their first dose of a Covid vaccine in the UK has now passed 13 million.
In a press briefing, Boris Johnson has urged the remaining two million people eligible for a vaccine to come forward for it.
The prime minister also welcomed support from the World Health Organisation (WHO) for the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine to be used in over-18s and over-65s.
