Shapps announces changes to quarantine rules for double jabbed
Transport Secretary Grant Shapps says fully vaccinated UK residents arriving in England from amber list travel destinations will no longer have to quarantine from 19 July.
Travellers will still need to take a Covid test before they arrive in England and 2 days after their return.
Under current rules, anyone returning from amber or red list countries must isolate for 10 days, regardless of vaccine status.
