Plymouth shooting: PM Boris Johnson - My thoughts are with the families

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said that it needs to be "properly investigated" how the Plymouth gunman was able to get a firearms licence.

Five people were killed in the attack, before Jake Davison turned the gun on himself.

The PM said: "My thoughts are very much with the families of all those who have tragically lost their lives."
