Can the Paralympics bring lasting change?
The Paralympic Games opens in Tokyo next week with more than 4,000 disabled athletes from around the world taking part.
Ahead of the event, the International Paralympic Committee is launching a new campaign called 'WeThe15'. Its aim is to improve the lives of the 15% of the world's population who have a disability.
Figures show that globally many people with a disability live in poverty and struggle to access education and employment.
So what is needed to bring about meaningful change for disabled people and what role can the Paralympics play in raising awareness and changing attitudes?
