Covid-19: 'The question of boosters is a contentious one'
Immunologist Professor Peter Openshaw has said "we need to look at the date more" before deciding if those vaccinated against Covid-19 should be given a booster jab.
Prof Openshaw, a member of the New and Emerging Respiratory Virus Threats Advisory Group (Nervtag), which advises the government, said "everyone is very keen that if we do have surplus vaccines, that they're not necessarily used in this country, but might be sent overseas".
