Climate change: Queen's remarks overhead

The Queen has appeared to suggest she's irritated by world leaders' slow moving response to tackling the climate crisis. She was talking to the Duchess of Cornwall and the presiding officer at the opening of the Welsh parliament in Cardiff, and remarked on the forthcoming COP26 climate summit.
