Prince Charles asked for his view on Andrew's position

Prince Charles has been visiting Aberdeenshire in Scotland to view the damage left by Storm Arwen.

The Prince of Wales didn't answer a question about his younger brother Andrew, who was stripped of his military titles and royal patronages on Thursday.
