P&O boss 'needs to step down' - Grant Shapps
Transport Secretary Grant Shapps has called for P&O boss Peter Hebblethwaite to "step down" after the ferry company's CEO admitted to MPs that a decision to sack 800 workers last week without notice broke the law.
Mr Shapps also called P&O's decision "breathtakingly arrogant" and he said that the government would "force them to U-turn on this".
