Charles III: King proclaimed in Edinburgh

The Lord Lyon King of Arms has read the proclamation of the new King to the people of Scotland at Mercat Cross near St Giles' Cathedral in Edinburgh.

It was followed by a verse of God Save the King and three cheers for the new monarch.
