'It was consensual, but it was my fault,' says Phillip Schofield

Phillip Schofield has said his affair with a younger male colleague was "consensual, but it was my fault".

Speaking to the BBC's Amol Rajan, the former host of ITV programme This Morning described the affair as "a very, very grave error".
