Storm Henk: 24 hours of weather destruction across the UK

Storm Henk has been battering parts of the UK, bringing strong winds and heavy rain.

Several rail companies warned people not to travel, as the winds led to travel chaos with trees and debris blocking railways and roads.

Winds of up to 81mph have caused scaffolding to be blown off buildings, trees to fall down and large waves to thrash the coastline, as well as power outages in some parts of the country.
