Protests over sale of public forests

It is still not clear what the government plans to do about forests in England after the announcement that the planned sale of 15% of state-owned forests has been put on hold while ministers "re-examine the criteria" for disposing of them.

The Department of the Environment says the move has no impact on the ongoing consultation on the remaining 85% of the public forest estate.

The BBC's Laura Bicker went to Delamere Forest in Cheshire to meet protesters.
