Theresa May visits Olympic venue

Home Secretary Theresa May took a tour to view security plans for the 2012 Olympic rowing venue at Eton Dorney in Buckinghamshire.

The venue, owned by Eton College in Berkshire, could have about 1,500 Thames Valley Police deployed there.

The minister, who will be attending two Olympic rowing events after applying for tickets via the public ballot, said the police were "getting the balance right".
