Wind and rain causes disruption in Devon and Cornwall

High winds and heavy rain has caused disruption across Devon and Cornwall with uprooted trees blocking roads.

Earlier, a house in Plympton, Plymouth was damaged by a falling tree.

More than 140 tree-falls have been reported to the Highways Agency in Devon.
