Six months of floods at Worcestershire home

Six months after floods first damaged her home, a Worcestershire woman is still trying to keep the water out.

Marilyn Melville is due to spend part of Christmas in a hotel paid for by her insurance company.

She said she had struggled to find help, with local councils, the Severn Trent water company and regulators all denying responsibility.
