Rescue teams search collapsed flat

Sniffer dogs and thermal equipment are being used to search for a missing woman after a house, converted into flats, collapsed in Cornwall following torrential overnight rain.

Susan Norman, who lives in one of the Veronica Flats in Looe, was last seen at 18:00 GMT on Thursday and remains unaccounted for, police said.

The flats collapsed at about 06:00 GMT. Six other properties have been evacuated.
