Botox used to help treat burns victim

A woman who suffered extensive burns in an accidental fire on her allotment is thought to be among the first patients in the world to have her injuries treated with Botox.

Karen Croule, from Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, was treated by surgeons at Nottingham's Queen's Medical Centre, with the drug often used in non-surgical cosmetic treatments.
