Kitten found on London Underground recovering

A kitten who was found in a box on a London Underground train is recovering well in Oxfordshire.

The tiny ball of dark fur - named Victoria after the station she was found at - was discovered by a passenger and handed to staff on 8 July.

Staff at Lewknor's Blue Cross centre said the feline has generated record interest and was doing well.

Victoria will be rehomed in about a month's time and has potential new owners lining up.
