Driving the A14 in Cambridgeshire 'toll-free'

The Highways Agency is proposing to build a new £1.5bn stretch of tolled road between Cambridge and Huntingdon with plans for part of the existing A14 to be demolished, meaning drivers would not be able to use the old road.

The Highways Agency is suggesting drivers could avoid the toll by travelling via St Neots using the A1 and the A428, but will those roads be able to cope with the extra traffic?

BBC Look East's Stuart Ratcliffe reports.
