Folkestone nudes win Spencer Tunick photoshoot
The Kent town of Folkestone has won a competition to attract an international photographer to the town to stage a mass nude photoshoot.
Hastings and Brighton also hoped to win the chance to host the event by American body artist Spencer Tunick as part of Culture24's Connect 10 Museums at Night Festival weekend in May.
The three resorts staged a series of publicity stunts, including a nude flash mob on Hastings beach.
Mr Tunick said he had never worked by the sea before. "I have no idea if the police are going to stop me or arrest me or if I will get permission," he said.
South East Today's Lucinda Adam talked to pub landlord Chris Smith, businessman Zachary Cooke, campaigners Suzi Ashworth and Kay McLoughlin and director of George's House Gallery Brigitte Orasinski.
