Seal washed up in Looe flooding

A seal has been filmed making its way back into the sea in Cornwall after being washed up in flooding and stormy weather.

Alan Kelly filmed the animal after it was washed up in Looe.

The town was one of many coastal communities across south-west England which was left flooded after being hit by strong winds, large waves and a high tide.
