Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk residents' flood repairs concern
A tidal surge in the North Sea last December damaged coastal defences across Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk but repairs are proceeding slowly.
Sea water from the highest tidal surge for 60 years destroyed crops, damaged homes and flooded businesses.
The government has told the Environment Agency to repair the majority of damage before next winter.
The agency is involved in 130 schemes but some affected householders and business owners said work is yet to begin or is now just starting.
