Cheshire's six Special Olympians hit their rhythm

Nearly 7,000 athletes from 170 countries are taking part in The Special Olympics - the world's largest sporting gathering this year - in Los Angeles next month.

Among the competitors will be six girls from Cheshire who form the core of Great Britain's eight-strong rhythmic gymnastics team.

Some members of the group have been working for nearly 15 years for the event.

Stuart Pollitt reports for BBC North West Tonight.
