Ooh Betty: The story behind a famous sitcom scene

The cliff hanger episode is one of the most memorable moments in the 1970s hit sitcom Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em.

Frank Spencer, played by Michael Crawford, hanging off the back of a car perched precariously on the edge of cliff on the Dorset coast, was watched by more than 15m viewers when it was first broadcast in 1972.

Stunt co-ordinator Stuart Fell tells the story of the hair-raising scene as part of a BBC Radio Solent documentary on the series.
