Deepcut Army recruit Pte Sean Benton 'constantly punished'

An Army recruit who died at Deepcut barracks was constantly punished, a former soldier has said.

Ex-soldier Stewart Thompson who was at the Surrey base with Pte Sean Benton told the BBC's Victoria Derbyshire show the 20-year-old from Hastings was singled out and bullied.

Pte Benton died from five bullet wounds to the chest. An inquest found he killed himself although his family are applying for a fresh hearing.
