UKIP MEP Hookem talks about 'scuffle' with Steven Woolfe

The UKIP MEP Mike Hookem has denied punching a fellow MEP.

Steven Woolfe collapsed at the European Parliament in Strasbourg on Thursday just a few hours after an altercation with Mr Hookem and is receiving hospital treatment.

Mr Hookem described what happened as a "scuffle" to the BBC's Sarah Sanderson.
