Durham project captures region's wildlife on camera

A project in the North East has caught the region's wildlife on camera.

Durham Wildlife Trust asked individuals and community groups to set up cameras to monitor mammals in the area.

Called "trappers", photographs of the animals are then uploaded to a website and analysed by Durham University.

So far, more than 100,000 photos have been uploaded by the The Mammal Web Project since its creation in 2015.
