Zahawi: There is no perfect time to ease lockdown

Vaccine Minister Nadhim Zahawi says the easing of lockdown restrictions across England is "the right thing to do".

He added that with schools going on summer holidays and increasing vaccination levels, it was the right time to "cautiously proceed".

There are now no limits on how many people can meet or attend events across the country.
