Hitchin concern over plan to expand Samuel Lucas School

Plans to double the size of a Hitchin school have angered people living nearby who say they have not been properly consulted.

More than 150 residents attended a public meeting amid fears that the expansion of Samuel Lucas School could lead to traffic chaos and the loss of local allotments.
