Luton prostitution: Police out to clean up Hightown
A major police operation to curb prostitution and deter kerb crawlers has started in Luton.
A month-long drive by a team of officers carrying out daily patrols in Hightown is in response to a rising number of complaints from people living in the area.
Sex workers and their clients will be the focus of the clampdown as part of a five-year strategy to clean up Luton's streets.
