Work begins to chop down infected trees
Work has begun to chop down infected trees and bushes suffering from a fungal disease at Lickey Hills Country Park near Birmingham.
A number of larch trees are to be felled. Rhododendron and bilberry were also found to be infected by the fungal-like phytophthora ramorum, Birmingham City Council has said.
