Twelve arrested in Birmingham counterfeit goods raids
Twelve people have been arrested during raids in Birmingham to tackle the sale of counterfeit goods.
Trading Standards officers and police searched storage units in the Tyseley area on Sunday in one of the team's largest operations this year.
Officers found fake Adidas items as well as Ugg Boots, make-up and clothing during the raids.
Tony Shore, Staffordshire Trading Standards managers, said: "The goods were destined for car boot sales and markets and would have been sold at about a third of the price of originals."
