Wolverhampton author's first novel gets award shortlist

A Wolverhampton author's first novel has been shortlisted for an award.

Sathnam Sanghera's book Marriage Material is about three generations of a Sikh family who run a corner shop.

It has been shortlisted for the Costa First Novel Award.
