Polling station ID 'needed in Birmingham'

Voters should be required to show ID at polling stations, the elections watchdog has said.

The Electoral Commission is calling for the changes following allegations of electoral fraud.

In 2004, Labour councillors representing two separate Birmingham wards were involved in a postal vote fraud.
