50 sentenced for EDL protest violence in Birmingham
Fifty people have been sentenced for their part in violence that broke out during an English Defence League protest in July 2013.
About 2,000 EDL supporters gathered in Centenary Square, Birmingham, where missiles and bottles were thrown at police. One officer was injured.
The sentences, which began being delivered at Birmingham Crown Court last month, have ranged from community orders to jail terms of more than three years.
