West Bromwich centre deserted as bus strikes continue
Businesses in West Bromwich say National Express bus strikes have caused trade to plummet.
Thousands of workers walked out indefinitely on Monday in a dispute over pay.
Market traders and cafe owners told the BBC they will struggle to survive if the action continues for a long time.
"The last two days have been dead for business," cafe owner Amy Dhillon said.
