JLS turn on Christmas lights at Cribbs Causeway
Approximately 10,000 screaming fans turned out to see boyband JLS turn on the Christmas lights at the Mall at Cribbs Causeway.
The also performed some of their hits during a free concert at the South Gloucestershire venue.
Tickets were given away in return for a donation to Wallace and Gromit's Grand Appeal, external.
The appeal is the only charity raising funds for the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children and St Michael's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Special Care Baby Unit) at St Michael's Hospital.
Since it was set up in 1995, it has raised over £18m.
