Tributes paid to Bristol cancer centre founder Pat Pilkington
Hundreds of people have gathered in Bristol to pay tribute to the co-founder of one of the West Country's best-known cancer charities.
Pat Pilkington helped set up the Bristol Cancer Help Centre in 1980, which later changed its name to the Penny Brohn Centre.
She died at her home in Chew Magna in August after being diagnosed with the disease herself.
Those paying tribute to her at the City Parish Church of Saint Stephens included actress Maureen Lipman, who performed a sketch in her memory.
