Southmead Hospital: A tour of the £430m 'super hospital'

The new Southmead Hospital has opened in Bristol caring for patients from right across the west of England. It has cost £430m and the taxpayer will be paying for it for the next 30 years.

Gone are the old-style wards and in comes technology in use at the most up to date airports.

Before it opened, BBC Points West presenter David Garmston took a tour of the new facilities.
