Olympics 2016: A day in the life of swimmer Jazz Carlin
"There's no shortcuts" to being an Olympic athlete - "you've just got to give it everything".

She has won World, European and Commonwealth medals and is hoping to add an Olympic medal to her collection when the 2016 games kick off in Rio this weekend.
BBC Points West followed her for the day to see what it takes to compete at the highest level.
