Former resident of a Bristol safe house calls for change in the law on voting

Mehala Osborne has started a petition to simplify the process for people who need their address to stay secret for safety reasons.
She says most women who have fled to refuges do not have the evidence needed to register or access to the people needed to sign off the paperwork.
